Sherlock Talent is searching for experienced Tech Staffing Business Development and Account Managers to join our growing team.

You work for a large firm and you are competing with other account managers in your own company for limited recruiting resources (licenses, recruiters, sourcers, etc.)You work for a large firm and you have a mediocre territory or accounts and you are unable to call on better prospects reserved for the 'sacred cows' or more senior employees that take precedence over you.
You work for a small firm that doesn't have the financial resources, low overhead and pricing structure to compete and win.
You work for a firm that doesn't have enough recruiters to work your requirements to the max.
You are being micromanaged and would like more freedom to call on (most) any account or territory.
You don't feel your current compensation plan is fair or you have unfair or unrealistic bonus structures.
