Account Manager - Entry Level

You'll work directly with Bay Area residents to explain AT&T connectivity solutions, assist with enrollment, and ensure a smooth experience after the sale.

This Account Manager role blends sales support with hands-on field work and is commission-based, meaning your sales performance directly impacts your earnings.

In the Entry Level Account Manager role, you will

• Provide customer-facing support while representing AT&T sales initiatives clearly and professionally
• Assist with in-person signups for fiber and wireless services as part of your daily account management responsibilities
• Serve as a visible and reliable point of contact, ensuring account information is accurate and complete
• Support field sales activity alongside team members with a goal-oriented, entry level mindset
• Coordinate communication between the sales team and customer accounts regarding AT&T service details
• Deliver post-sale follow-up to reinforce customer satisfaction and account retention
• Partner with leadership on territory coordination and daily sales strategy

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
