About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Chief Marketing Executive (CMO) to spearhead the strategic transformation of our brand. In this pivotal role, you will re-frame our brand from a convenience-focused service to a prestigious identity-driven category leader, emphasizing the emotional and economic impact we provide to families.

The ideal candidate will possess a stellar record in direct-to-consumer marketing, demonstrate deep knowledge in performance marketing, and have proven experience in leading a significant brand evolution while maintaining strong performance metrics.

As our CMO, you will oversee the complete marketing P&L, manage our dedicated team and agency partnerships, and guide the brand transformation to align with our ambitious growth goals. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, alongside at least 10 years of leadership in direct-to-consumer marketing.

Successful candidates will showcase a strong brand identity and premium positioning, adept at upholding brand standards while crafting a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. A background in multi-channel performance marketing, including digital, broadcast, and direct-response channels, is essential, along with a verified ability to enhance conversion rates and site experiences.

Team architecture, agency management, and cross-functional coordination experience are critical, as is a personal passion for storytelling and memory preservation.
