Marketing Operations Project Coordinator

This is a 100% onsite position.

Pay: $31-$34/hour. W2 only.

Duration: 1 year to start. Extensions based on client need and performance.

Overview

Seeking a Project Coordinator with a marketing or commercial operations background who has experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and supporting physician education, KOL engagement, or strategic marketing programs within the medical device or healthcare industry.

Top Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years’ of experience supporting marketing, communications, and/or commercial projects is required.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risks needed.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Clinical, and external stakeholders to coordinate programs, communications, and strategic initiatives sought.
• Healthcare / Medical Device Industry Experience - Exposure to medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or physician-facing organizations required.
• Experience supporting KOL programs, physician education, conferences, advisory boards, or commercial marketing initiatives is highly preferred.
