Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on enhancing and revolutionizing internal audit functions, utilizing AI and advanced risk technologies to manage diverse risks.

In this Senior Associate position, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and learn to effectively manage and motivate team members. Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize auditing methodologies to evaluate governance and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize their internal audit functions and provide comprehensive services.
• Incorporate AI and risk technology to improve audit processes and tackle various risk scenarios.
• Analyze financial statements and internal controls to deliver objective evaluations.
• Develop and implement enhancements to business processes for greater operational efficiency.
• Apply data analysis skills to derive insights and formulate recommendations.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to anticipate and address client needs efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards in line with company guidelines.
• Mentor junior team members to promote their growth and development.

What You Must Have

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, fulfillment of educational requirements is essential to qualify for the CPA exam in your state or for a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) licensure.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for one of the following fields: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Law/Legal Studies, or Mathematics/Statistics.
• Current pursuit of or an active CPA, CIA, or CISA license.
• Proficiency in internal audit and compliance auditing processes.
• Strong analytical thinking skills for effective data analysis and interpretation.
• Expertise in business process improvement and risk management standards.
• Aptitude for navigating complex dilemmas with critical thinking and innovative problem-solving.
• Ability to build meaningful client relationships and manage stakeholder interactions.

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
