Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, coordinating delivery logistics, and leading a productive team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at keeping digital systems and physical operations perfectly aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Task Tracking

Manage the Warehouse Task Tracker: Actively update and maintain the digital Warehouse Task Tracker to assign daily workloads, set clear priorities, and monitor team progress in real time.

Task Delegation: Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring specific duties (such as aisle maintenance, order pulling, and RMA processing) are clearly assigned.

Accountability & Productivity: Review the task tracker daily to ensure the team meets production timelines, troubleshooting any bottlenecks or delayed tasks immediately.

Warehouse Operations & Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring all aisles, walkways, and work areas remain clear of debris and hazards.

Manage physical inventory, restocking, cycle counting, and auditing stock levels.

Logistics & Schedule Coordination

Create and optimize daily delivery route schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution.

Oversee the preparation of next-day deliveries, ensuring all pick tickets and consumable requests are accurately pulled, staged in the connex, or loaded directly into the box truck.

Quality Control & Live Record Keeping

Quality Control (QC): Inspect and verify all pulled order requests for accuracy and quality before they are staged in the connex or loaded into the box truck.

Update and release materials on the Master Tracking Sheet in real-time to maintain flawless, live record-keeping.

Material & Return Management

Proactively follow up on job returns, staged RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and stagnant materials sitting in the warehouse or connex to ensure proper disposition.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.

Leadership: Proven experience managing a small team, delegating tasks, and driving daily accountability.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with digital inventory systems, task management tracking software, and spreadsheet platforms (experience with live Master Tracking Sheets is a major plus).

Logistics Savvy: Proven experience in route planning and coordinating box truck loading/staging workflows.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional quality control skills with a "get it right the first time" mindset.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Valid driver’s license (experience driving a box truck is preferred).
