Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Personal Vehicle Driver, you collect a pre-sorted package assignment from your local UPS facility, load parcels into your own vehicle, and execute a residential delivery route using the UPS delivery app — bringing the full professionalism of the UPS brand to every customer doorstep from the driver's seat of your personal car.

• Daily Package Pickup: Arrive at your assigned UPS facility at the designated start time, collect your sorted package assignment, and load parcels into your personal vehicle in the delivery sequence order recommended by the UPS routing app on your smartphone.
• Residential Route Execution: Navigate your assigned residential delivery area using the UPS driver app's turn-by-turn routing, completing each stop by scanning the package, placing it at the correct location, and photographing the placement for delivery confirmation.
• Vehicle & Appearance Standards: Maintain your personal vehicle in a clean, reliable condition and present yourself in neat, professional attire at every customer interaction — as a UPS Personal Vehicle Driver you are the UPS brand in your neighborhood.
