We are seeking an organized, proactive, patient, and highly efficient Warehouse Manager Assistant with a strong willingness to learn to support our daily logistics and warehouse operations. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Warehouse Manager, ensuring smooth team communication, accurate data logging, and seamless workflow operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Support:

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, including cabinet assembly, inventory management, dispatch procedures, and other routine warehouse tasks.

• Documentation & Data Entry:

Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain administrative records, document workflows, and assist in operational planning.

• Team Coordination:

Help delegate tasks to warehouse personnel and ensure the team strictly follows all safety protocols and procedures.

• Problem Solving:

Address and resolve discrepancies in shipping, inventory, or dispatching, coordinating effectively with the procurement or sales teams.

• Job Requirements：

Proven practical experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to handle communication and coordination across local warehouse sites, with the physical capability to move standard warehouse goods when necessary.
