Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to deliver fun, in-home dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn teppanyaki style cooking, widen your culinary expertise, showcase your skills as an entertainer. We will train you to become a private teppanyaki chef and event entertainer, no prior experience required. The training may take two-weeks to a month.

We are looking for someone willing to learn and a has commitment to food safety and quality standards. As a Let's Hibachi chef, you will be a private-event catering chef bringing memorable experience that delight guests and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Duties

• Oversee menu planning, ensuring creation of appealing dishes that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences
• Manage clean and efficient food production processes, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold high standards of quality and consistency
• Implement and monitor food safety sanitizing procedures in compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment
• Control inventory levels through effective inventory management and inventory control practices, minimizing waste and controlling costs
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality catering for large groups or special occasions
• Entertaining as a trained performer with food, fire shows, and games designed to be safe and exciting to watch

This job will require you to have a vehicle capable of transporting you and the equipment to and from the events you will be catering.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
