Hybrid Shift Lead – Server & Bartender

We're looking for an experienced server and bartender to join our team as a Hybrid Shift Lead. This is a working, tipped position where you'll regularly serve tables and bartend while helping lead the front-of-house team during your shift.

As the Shift Lead, you'll be the primary point of communication between the front-of-house staff and ownership, helping answer questions, solve problems, and keep service running smoothly. We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys supporting their teammates.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both serving and bartending and is ready to take on a little more responsibility without stepping away from working directly with guests.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
