A-Line Staffing is now hiring a B2B Paid Media Specialist in San Jose, CA. The B2B Paid Media Specialist would be working for a Fortune 500 semiconductor company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

B2B Paid Media Specialist Compensation The pay for this position is $40-$45 per hour based on experience Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates B2B Paid Media Specialist Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm 100% onsite in San Jose, CA B2B Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Paid Media Manager to coordinate and execute B2B paid media campaigns from planning through launch Manage campaign schedules, budgets, creative assets, and project timelines to ensure on-time execution Work closely with external media agencies to track campaign milestones and deliverables Translate campaign objectives into actionable direction for agency partners Coordinate the delivery of creative assets and ensure all materials meet agency specifications Set up and validate campaign UTMs to support accurate reporting and attribution Monitor weekly campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Analyze campaign results using performance dashboards and compare trends week-over-week and month-over-month Collaborate with internal marketing, business unit, SEO, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment Support audience targeting strategies and help develop highly targeted B2B marketing campaigns Manage campaign workflows using project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms Coordinate internal approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance Prepare reports and communicate campaign performance insights to stakeholders B2B Paid Media Specialist

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B paid media, digital marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of paid media platforms, digital marketing metrics, and campaign optimization Experience working with external media and creative agencies Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience with audience segmentation and B2B buyer journey strategies Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, or similar tools Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days B2B Paid Media Specialist

Preferred Qualifications
