Junior Sales Representative

We are a growing company looking for a driven, outgoing Junior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you won't just be making calls — you'll be out in the field and in the room, representing our brand, thinking on your feet, and turning conversations into real opportunities. If you graduated ready to work, not ready to coast, this is for you.

This isn't a "wait and see" role. It's for someone who will figure it out, adapt on the fly, and do whatever it takes to win — no matter what's thrown at them.

What You'll Do

• Own the Room: Represent our company in person, on the phone, and online — you're often the first impression a customer gets.
• Think Fast: Every conversation is different. You'll read the room, adjust your approach, and keep things moving even when there's no script.
• Build Relationships: Turn cold interactions into real connections and real customers.
• Learn the Business: Get hands-on exposure to how a growing sales org actually runs, from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

• College Students and Grads: Degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or Economics are a great fit — but we care more about drive than diploma.
• Language: Fluent in English is mandatory. Bonus for a secondary language in in Spanish or Mandarin.
• Comfortable in a Crowd: You can walk into a room full of strangers, start a conversation, and think on your feet with no script.
• Computer-Savvy: You pick up new tools and systems fast, without needing a manual.
• Coachable: We want people who show up thinking "I'll do whatever it takes to figure this out" — not "I already know how this works."
