We're hiring a Senior Logistics Manager with deep parcel expertise and advanced Excel skills to lead cost optimization, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making at scale. If you can identify where money is being lost-and fix it-you'll excel here.

This is not an operations role. This is a high-impact, analytics-driven position where your ability to turn data into real financial savings will directly influence the business.

What You'll Own

• Analyze complex parcel and transportation data to uncover cost-saving opportunities
• Own P&L analysis and forecasting tied to shipping and profitability
• Build models and dashboards using advanced Excel (must-have), SQL, Access, Power BI
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Drive end-to-end reporting, performance tracking, and continuous optimization

What We're Looking For

• Strong parcel experience (non-negotiable) - not LTL or truckload
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, large datasets, modeling)
• Proven experience with cost analytics and P&L ownership
• Ability to turn analysis into business decisions and measurable savings
• 3-5+ years in logistics, transportation, or analytics-focused roles
