We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring projects transition smoothly from sales to the production floor.

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator serves as a critical link between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production. This role is responsible for reviewing project quotes, validating details, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring all requirements are met before projects are released to manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project quotes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to release to production
• Coordinate project details with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams
• Ensure all drawings, approvals, materials, and documentation are complete before production handoff
• Enter and maintain accurate project information in the company’s CRM/ERP system
• Track project timelines and proactively communicate updates or issues to internal stakeholders
• Identify potential bottlenecks or discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to project handoff, workflow, and documentation
• Assist with internal coordination to ensure projects stay aligned with company standards and customer expectations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, estimating, project administration, or production support
• Manufacturing or construction-related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems
• Experience with Monday.com, Wasp, or similar systems is a plus
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Knowledge of architectural products, windows, or doors is a plus but not required
