Flagship Retail Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead operations at our flagship consumer hardware retail store in Las Vegas.

This role owns the complete store performance including sales growth, customer experience, team leadership, inventory management, local marketing activities, and daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on retail leader who enjoys building teams, improving store performance, and creating outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Las Vegas flagship retail store
• Drive store sales performance, conversion rate, average transaction value, and business results
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and manage retail associates
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and brand experience
• Manage inventory accuracy, product displays, merchandising, and store presentation
• Review daily sales performance and operational reports
• Plan and execute local marketing events, promotions, and customer engagement activities
• Support product launches, holiday campaigns, and community outreach
• Control labor costs, store expenses, and operational efficiency
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to headquarters
• Develop local B2B and group sales opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail store management experience
• Experience managing teams in consumer electronics, hardware, outdoor products, tools, sporting goods, or lifestyle retail preferred
• Strong sales leadership and customer service background
• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
• Ability to analyze sales performance and improve store results
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be located in Las Vegas or able to commute

Compensation

Base Salary

$54,000 – $72,000 annually

Performance bonus may be available based on business results.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
