Administrative Assistant "Customer-Facing" Automotive Demos

Job Overview

IESPY Corporation sells tire data to the auto sector. The position of Administration Assistant is part-time and can lead to full-time with benefits and grow in our company with headquarters in Nevada. We are seeking a dynamic, quick thinker and energetic Administrative Assistant to assist in testing and demo our product at dealerships and/or around vehicles.

We are seeking an individual with a strong customer-facing focus to support our in-person product demos. Preferably, this candidate has experience in the auto sector, an auto/tire service department or has some experience working in an auto dealership service department as a service writer, advisor or parts/service counter.

This role is vital in creating a seamless and engaging experience for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our product . The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft and Microsoft Teams, highly organized, personable, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for advancement in our early-stage company by providing exceptional administrative support and a customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment. Administrative support will include phone support, daily meetings and setting up appointments as well as virtual-demos with customers and potential customers.

Duties

• Greet visitors and clients warmly and introduce executives and our team
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally while handling inquiries promptly
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and displays are tidy and presentable
• Handle data entry tasks related to client registrations, appointment scheduling, and feedback collection using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Support office management activities including filing, document proofreading, and maintaining confidential information securely
• Coordinate calendar management for demo schedules, appointments, and client meetings with precision and timeliness
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting overall event flow
• Manage office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure all technology, devices and equipment functions properly for daily operations
• Support personal assistant tasks as needed to facilitate smooth communication between team members and clients
• Proven clerical experience in an office environment with a focus on customer service roles
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging confidently with clients face-to-face or over the phone
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
