We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable individual who is able to multi-task for the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant phone demeanor, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires assisting all the other staff members as needed and knowing how to prioritize your workload.

In this role, the successful candidate will respond to inquiries and general questions from customers, vendors, and other staff in an efficient, timely manner. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide administrative assistance including but not limited to filing and data entry with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Answer questions and provide information.
• Schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Organize daily paperwork and distribute to appropriate parties.
• Complete designated tasks assigned by staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain fleet maintenance and appointments .
• Enter invoices for payment.
• Enter labor and mileage costs for jobs.
• Maintain vendor compliance for subcontractors.
• Perform other administratve duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
