Remote Administrative Support Contractor (Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Administrative Support Contractor to assist with project documentation for our client who deliver to the data center industry. This is a contract-based, fully remote role focused on organizing, preparing, and uploading project documentation through a customer-provided online portal.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Must have your laptop and an internet connection** Preferred locations: EST + CST time zones

Key Responsibilities

• Export and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
• Create, save, and manage PDF documents.
• Upload documentation to a customer-provided online portal.
• Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain organized electronic files and project records.
• Communicate with the project team regarding documentation status and any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, exporting data).
• Experience creating, managing, and uploading PDF documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
