Cook for Locals Bar

Scoundrels Tavern & Eatery is your Local Bar & Grill. Family owned and operated! We are looking for great line cook to join our team! New location Rainbow and the 215 South. We are hiring for a cook position. Reply to this ad or come in and drop off resume or fill out an application.

Must have open availability. (Day/Swing/Grave) but will have a set schedule.

Must be able to work at location 6945 South Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118

Must have 3+ years experience. Gaming Establishments preferred.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and cooking skills
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong knife skills and meal preparation techniques

Responsibilities

• Utilize knife skills to prepare ingredients for cooking.
• Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Cook and prepare menu items according to established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Utilize restaurant experience to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure high-quality food service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

-Clean and maintain cleanliness in the front of house and restrooms.

-Running food from kitchen to patrons and packaging food for to-go orders.

-Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
