Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity in a home or community setting.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Duties

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
• Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting changes in their condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the living space of clients.
• Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Uphold resident rights by treating all clients with respect and dignity.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in caregiving or related fields, such as senior care or home community care, is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and caregiving best practices.
• Strong understanding of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients’ needs.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is mandatory.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) desired but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to transport clients with a clean driving record.
