About Kind Sip

Kind Sip is a new modern tea and coffee shop in Las Vegas specializing in handcrafted milk teas, plant-based tea beverages, specialty coffee, and cold-brew drinks. We are building a friendly, reliable team that values quality, cleanliness, consistency, and genuine customer service.

We are hiring both full-time and part-time baristas. Previous café, restaurant, or beverage experience is helpful but not required. Comprehensive paid training will be provided for our full menu and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted tea, coffee, milk tea, and plant-based beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• Learn and consistently follow drink recipes, portion measurements, and preparation procedures
• Greet customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide friendly service
• Operate the Toast POS system and accurately process cash and card payments
• Prepare tea bases, toppings, ingredients, and other opening or closing items
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, kitchen, dining area, and equipment
• Restock cups, ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
• Work cooperatively with team members during busy periods
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Availability for some weekends, evenings, and holidays is preferred
• Food-service or barista experience is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits

• $13.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities
