We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for coffee and customer service to join us as Barista/cashiers. Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the café, including counters, machines, floors, trash, and guest seating
• Dispose of café trash and waste throughout the shift, maintain clean trash and disposal areas, and be able to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Operate the register: take orders, handle payments, provide exceptional customer service
• Wash dishes and maintain a sanitized workstation throughout the shift
• Stock cups, lids, syrups, milk, merch, and all inventory as needed
• Restock and rotate back-of-house supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow shift lead and manager direction at all times
• Uphold shop standards for drink quality, speed, and cleanliness
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare all coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages according to Horror Vibes standards

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Experience with Clover POS system is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
• Previous experience in a café or food service environment is beneficial
• Passion for horror culture and a creative approach to customer engagement
• Must know how to clean thoroughly and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
