Responsibilities

Here's some of what you’ll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and service repairs on customer equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using standard HVAC tools
• Work on RTUs, split systems, and packaged units (light-to-mid tonnage)
• Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with customers
• Follow safety standards, codes, and ABM procedures

Qualifications

Required

• A high school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance background
• EPA Universal Certification
• A valid state-issued driver’s license
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients

Preferred

• Exposure to chillers
• HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
