Position Overview

A national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner to join its growing Nevada practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with substantial employment litigation experience who is interested in leveraging a national platform while continuing to grow their practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Represent employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related employment disputes
• Advise clients on workplace compliance, investigations, and risk management
• Manage case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials
• Supervise associates and support staff as needed
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's national platform

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license required
• Minimum 8+ years of employment law experience
• Experience independently managing cases and litigation strategy
• Experience supervising attorneys and staff
• Portable book of business preferred
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• A portable book of business is highly preferred. Candidates with a portable book of business of $300,000 or more are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation generally ranges from $190,000–$275,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and portable book of business.
