The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 2+ years of med device sales experience (uro/endouro/endo, preferred) with a proven record of top performance (awards, promotions, territory growth).
• Experience selling in complex clinical environments (Hospitals, ASCs, and Clinics) and comfortability navigating VAC/GPO conversations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and business acumen skills.
