We are conducting a confidential search for a Director of Operations to join a highly regarded hospitality organization entering an exciting new chapter of growth and expansion. The Director of Operations will provide strategic leadership across multiple restaurant locations, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, develop talent, and execute growth initiatives. This individual will play a key role in building teams, mentoring leaders, and creating the systems, accountability, and culture necessary to support continued expansion.

This role is best suited for an accomplished multi-unit leader who has already operated at the Director or Vice President level and is looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing, entrepreneurial hospitality organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple restaurant locations, ensuring exceptional execution of hospitality, operations, and financial performance.
• Develop and mentor General Managers and operational leaders, creating a strong pipeline of future talent.
• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, growth planning, and organizational development.
• Support restaurant openings, market expansions, and integration of new concepts and locations.
• Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Champion talent development, succession planning, and leadership training programs.
• Ensure consistency in execution while preserving the unique identity and culture of each concept.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Development teams to achieve company objectives.
• Serve as a visible leader and ambassador for the organization’s culture, values, and commitment to hospitality.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience at the Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, or equivalent senior leadership level within a high-volume, full-service restaurant organization.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple restaurant locations while developing high-performing General Managers and operational leaders.
• Proven experience driving financial performance across a portfolio of restaurants, including labor management, profitability, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
• Track record of successfully supporting restaurant openings, market expansion, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, inspire, and hold teams accountable at all levels of the organization.
• Experience building leadership pipelines, succession plans, and talent development programs that create long-term organizational strength.
• Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on operational execution.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
