Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with a mix of in-office client meetings and work from home for research, outreach, and documentation. The Business Advisor - Business Broker will identify and engage potential sellers and buyers, conduct initial consultations, and assess business opportunities.

Daily responsibilities include performing financial and operational analyses, preparing business valuations and marketing packages, and listing businesses for sale on appropriate platforms. The role also involves managing deal pipelines, coordinating showings and meetings, facilitating negotiations between parties, and supporting clients through due diligence and closing.

The Business Advisor will maintain detailed records in CRM systems, collaborate with legal, financial, and lending partners, and participate in local networking and lead-generation activities.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship, consultative selling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, assess business performance, and prepare valuation summaries and high-quality marketing materials.
• Effective organizational, time-management, and pipeline-management skills to handle multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, productivity software, and online listing platforms; proficiency in standard office and communication tools.
• Proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation abilities, including participation in local business events and community organizations.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment when handling confidential business and personal information.
• Previous experience in business brokerage, commercial real estate, M&A, financial services, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for local client visits in the Las Vegas area.
