Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support process optimization, plant performance, and continuous improvement across a complex industrial environment.

As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability, process efficiency, and overall operational performance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives while developing technical expertise in a large-scale industrial operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process optimization initiatives to improve operational performance, efficiency, and reliability
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot process issues and assist with root cause investigations
• Partner with operations to improve process stability, throughput, and equipment performance
• Support process design, equipment modifications, and capital improvement projects
• Develop engineering documentation, operating procedures, and technical reports
• Assist with evaluating and implementing process improvements and new technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, along with 5+ years of process engineering experience in heavy industrial, chemical processing, minerals processing, metals processing, cement, petrochemical, oil & gas, or other continuous process environments.

Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to work closely with plant operations to drive process improvements.
