(Part-Time) Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative role is with a forward-thinking, sustainability-driven organization dedicated to recycling solutions and corporate environmental outreach. We value excellent customer service and building meaningful relationships with both individuals and businesses. In this part-time, remote position, you will support our clients via email and data tracking tools like Excel.

Fixed hours are from Schedule: 10am to 2pm EST, Monday through Friday. During slower periods, you will receive training and assist with outreach to corporate partners to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in both English and Spanish
• Maintain accurate records of communications and updates using Excel
• Provide timely and professional communication to ensure client satisfaction
• Flag customer issues that require escalation and collaborate with team leads to resolve them
• Undergo training to support corporate outreach efforts during downtime
• Represent the organization’s mission and values in all interactions

Required Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Bilingual – fluent in both Spanish and English
