Call Center Customer Service Rep: $14.50/hr + Monthly Bonus

Position Overview

This full-time role offers Compensation: $14.50/hr base pay + a monthly incentive bonus ranging from $250 to $490 and places you at the heart of customer care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify package sales and qualify prospective owners and members following established guidelines.
• Adhere to the company script when communicating with prospective owners and members.
• Handle customer service calls including inquiries about date changes and general package information.
• Conduct pre-arrival confirmation calls for incoming vacation packages to confirm travel dates and presentation times.
• Follow up on pending requests, ensuring timely resolution and call-backs.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all resorts, company products, and services.
• Handle escalated guest issues professionally and courteously.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when verifying and entering package data.
• Support daily departmental activities and participate in team efforts to achieve Call Center goals.
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily, weekly, and special project deadlines.
• Self-starter with exceptional customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends as required.
