• THis role will be In person and year round at our Summerlin campus.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration.
• Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth.
• Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events.
• Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture.

What We're Looking For

• One of the following is Required: (1) an administrator’s license issued by the Department of Education or by another state or territory of the United States; (2) a bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association that is approved by the Department of Education and have 5 years of verified experience in educational administration; or (3) a master’s degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association that is approved by the Department of Education and have 3 years of verified experience in educational administration.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5 years of successful school leadership experience.
• Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance.
• Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams.
• Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, or business development.
• Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

We offer a package for full-time employees which generally includes:

• In addition to base salary, Fusion Heads of School are eligible for performance bonuses tied to KPI achievement.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. If a bonus applies, more information will be given at offer.

Pay Range

USD $98,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
