🚀 Hiring: Senior Technology Leader – DevOps | Cloud | Infrastructure

📍 Remote | 50% Travel to Kansas City, MO (Travel expenses covered)

We are looking for a senior technology leader with strong insurance domain experience (Life & Annuity / P&C) to oversee DevOps, cloud operations, and infrastructure delivery for enterprise insurance applications.

This role will lead technical teams, drive software delivery improvements, and ensure cloud environments are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.

Ideal Candidate

A technology leader who understands the insurance technology landscape and can bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and business teams while driving modernization and continuous improvement.

Must Have

✅ 12+ years of IT experience with strong DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure leadership

✅ Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments

✅ Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)

✅ Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.)

✅ Experience with .NET and Windows-based applications

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Insurance domain experience (Life & Annuity / P&C / Group Benefits) required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployment processes
• Drive cloud infrastructure scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Support cloud modernization and migration initiatives
• Ensure production stability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence
• Lead and mentor DevOps teams
• Promote automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
