An innovative and growth focused industrial products organization is expanding its digital commerce capabilities and is seeking a Digital Market & eCommerce Market Growth Manager to lead marketplace performance across major online sales channels.

Focus

• Manage daily operations across multiple digital marketplaces, including Amazon and other online commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve marketplace sales performance, profitability, and customer experience.
• Create, optimize, and maintain high quality product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and enhanced content.
• Monitor catalog health and ensure product information remains accurate, complete, and consistent across all sales channels.
• Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Optimize pricing strategies, promotional activities, assortment planning, and product visibility.
• Track key performance indicators including revenue, conversion, traffic, search performance, and return metrics.
• Partner closely with product management, marketing, supply chain, sales, and purchasing teams to support inventory availability and successful product launches.
• Evaluate existing online operations and recommend enhancements that improve workflow efficiency, platform performance, and digital capabilities.
• Provide actionable reporting and recommendations that support ongoing revenue growth and operational excellence.

Skill Set

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and or Vendor Central is required.
• Three to seven or more years of experience managing ecommerce marketplaces, online merchandising, or digital commerce programs.
• Demonstrated success optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, catalog management, marketplace analytics, and revenue growth.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising, online customer behavior, and marketplace performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience within industrial manufacturing, distribution, B2B commerce, or technical product industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
