Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Solutions Delivery Architect (SDA) to join our Professional Services team. This role is the design authority for the portfolio of customer solutions delivered by the Professional Services (PS) team within your geographic region.

You will partner with Solution Architects to validate standardized designs, mentor functional architects and business analysts, and ensure the integrity of the solution throughout the implementation process.

You will collaborate closely with peers in the technical pre-sales community, the global Enterprise Architecture team, and regional operations, serving as the trusted solution design partner for our customers.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)In this role, you will:

Lead all aspects of the post-sale design journey, from requirements validation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acceptance, and handover, ensuring the design covers functional, non-functional, security, and operational requirements.

Provide technical leadership and support to the regional PS team across all required solution domains, including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)-powered automation, custom development, and low-code/no-code configuration and orchestration.

Ensure solution integrity is maintained by assessing and authorizing any design changes during implementation, and partner with the global Enterprise Architecture team to develop and apply standard reference architectures and design patterns.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have

• A proven track record of designing and fulfilling best-in-class global digital solutions across multiple successful client engagements.
• Specialist-level knowledge and technical competency in Content/Information Management technologies, including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Workflow Orchestration.
• Strong customer engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to establish technical credentials and trust across senior technical communities within a complex, global matrixed organization.A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; relevant Cloud or Architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Architect, TOGAF, ZACHMAN) are strongly desired.
