Jeanne Jugan Center is seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance & Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily financial and business operations of our long-term care community. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys making an impact while supporting a mission-driven, nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to serving the elderly.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable and general ledger activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee banking, cash management, and reconciliations
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage insurance, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Support payroll and resident financial services as needed
• Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure sound financial stewardship

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• Seven years of progressively responsible accounting or business office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with budgeting, accounts payable, banking, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Healthcare or nonprofit accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or long-term care regulations is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and accounting software skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
