With a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and a loyal portfolio of long-term clients, they’re entering an exciting phase of growth and looking for a senior leader to help shape the future of their client services function.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role where you’ll serve as the primary relationship owner for key client accounts while leading delivery across the agency. Think of yourself as the quarterback—guiding client strategy, keeping projects on track, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring every engagement is delivered with excellence.

Approximately 90% of the role is client services and delivery leadership, with the remaining 10% focused on identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships. This isn’t a sales role; it’s ideal for someone with a consultative, relationship-first (“farmer”) mindset who naturally uncovers opportunities through trust and partnership.

You’ll report directly to agency leadership and play an integral role in helping scale operations as the business continues to grow.

You Will

• Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Lead projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and contractors to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Facilitate client meetings, manage expectations, and confidently present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes and improve workflows that support the agency’s continued growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through exceptional service and strategic thinking.
• Act as the internal leader who keeps communication clear, priorities aligned, and projects running efficiently.

You HAVE

• 5+ years of agency experience in account management, client services, or account leadership (exceptional 3–4 year candidates will also be considered).
• Proven experience managing client relationships—not simply coordinating projects.
• Strong executive presence with the confidence to lead conversations with experienced marketing leaders and C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience working across digital marketing channels, including web, content, paid media, email, and SEO.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, boutique agency environment.

Nice to Have

• SEO knowledge and the ability to confidently discuss search strategy with clients.
• Design sensibility or familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
