Digital Marketing Specialist

Prepare & lead seasonal, every day and ad hoc content kick-offs aimed at driving content on Hallmark.com. Monitor performance of Hallmark.com homepage and key landing pages. Drive optimization strategies, as necessary, to ensure optimal performance. Manage the direction and strategy of marketing-driven landing page content: e.g. gift guides, holiday landing pages, and national campaign landing pages.

Build effective relationships with marketing, merchandising and creative teams to ensure alignment on cross-department projects. Review and approve content as it’s finalized in both staging and production environments. Provide program management oversight/leadership for key events, campaigns, and seasonal windows.

Deliver strategic insights based on web analytics tied to digital marketing campaigns and site-side messaging on hallmark.com such as; identifying new trends, top-performing campaigns and new content opportunities.
