Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth! This role is ideal for someone who understands transportation operations and can work directly with customers to identify challenges, implement new technologies, and fundamentally improve the way they do business.

The successful candidate will be comfortable introducing innovative solutions into traditional operating environments and helping customers navigate operational change.

We are looking for an individual who combines industry expertise with strong commercial instincts and a passion for building relationships, solving problems, and growing a business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with short line railroads, industrial operators, transload facilities, terminals, ports, and logistics providers etc
• Build trusted relationships with operations leaders, executives, safety professionals, and decision-makers throughout the transportation industry.
• Educate customers on the value of technologies and how they improve operational performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead customer engagement efforts from prospecting through implementation and long-term account growth.
• Identify operational challenges and develop strategic solutions that create measurable business value.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align customer needs with product development and deployment strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade associations.
• Help establish and execute growth strategies in support of the company's long-term business objectives.
