Senior Office Assistant

Join a growing, professional property management team in the Kansas City Metro area. Celtic Property Management LLC is looking for an experienced office administrator / assistant property manager.

Responsibilities include: coordinating utility transfers and billing, processing lease renewals, handling tenant and owner communications, tracking maintenance requests through completion, and supporting move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.

Ideal candidates have 3 or more years of office or property management experience, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with property management software.
