Customer Service Representative (CSR)

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, helping them understand AT&T’s fiber and wireless services, answering questions, and providing exceptional support from the first conversation through resolution. What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative

• Speak with customers to answer questions about AT&T fiber and wireless products and services
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s needs
• Guide customers through account updates, service options, and enrollment processes
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and communication
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when needed
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
