Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be central to our team's success. Your primary duties will include:

• Managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling calendar appointments for senior staff.
• Coordinating internal and external communications, including responding to emails and redirecting enquiries as appropriate.
• Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organising and maintaining digital files and records to ensure information is easily accessible.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments to facilitate project completion.
• Assisting in the coordination of virtual events, webinars, and team meetings.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
