What You'll Do

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle written discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and experts
• Develop case strategy and participate in settlement negotiations
• Work closely with experienced partners on a variety of complex matters

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Kansas license (Missouri license is a plus)
• Litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, coverage, construction, employment, or general liability matters
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with the team
