Construction Administrative Assistant

This isn't a front desk position.

This isn't answering phones.

And this isn't a role where you'll spend your day filing paperwork in the background.

You'll join a close-knit team supporting complex construction projects across the region. The office is small enough that everyone knows each other, leadership is accessible, and individual contributions don't get lost in layers of bureaucracy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support project managers and division leadership
• Process invoices, billings, and project documentation
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Maintain project records and documentation
• Manage bid calendars and project deadlines
• Coordinate travel arrangements for field personnel
• Assist with scheduling and reporting
• Support project teams using Viewpoint Spectrum
• Serve as a key point of communication between office and field personnel

What They're Looking For

• 6+ years of administrative, project coordination, office management, or construction administration experience
• Construction industry experience
• Experience supporting project managers or operations teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of personalities across both office and field teams
• Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $80,000 base salary
• Full-time in-office
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
