Overview

We are seeking dedicated Transport Drivers to join our team and provide safe, respectful transport for adults and youth in behavioral health care — between treatment facilities, hospitals, residential programs, inpatient rehabilitation, and discharges home or to placement. We also handle school transports for students in our programs.

Most trips are local or regional. Assignments include both standard and secure transports — you'll be assigned based on your training and experience, and we train you.

Duties

• Transport adult and youth clients between facilities, programs, placements, and school
• Treat every client with dignity and respect, and maintain a calm, patient presence
• Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, providing courteous support and respecting their needs
• Safely operate company passenger vehicles in strict accordance with traffic laws and company policy
• Navigate local routes efficiently using GPS to ensure on-time pickups and arrivals
• Verify transport authorization and paperwork before departure; obtain signed release at the receiving facility
• Release students only to a parent, guardian, or authorized school staff member
• Follow transport protocol as trained
• Communicate clearly with clients, dispatch, and supervisors to coordinate schedules and address concerns promptly
• Maintain strict client confidentiality
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic safety checks before each shift
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and safe to operate

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record — no CDL required
• Minimum age 21
• Must pass background check, fingerprint clearance, and required state clearances
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
• Good knowledge of local streets and routes
• Willingness to complete our paid training
• Dependable, patient, and professional

Preferred

• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, human services, education, caregiving, or transport
• Crisis intervention or de-escalation training
• Bilingual

We build schedules around our drivers. Tell us the hours you're looking for and we'll work to get you there.

• Day, evening, and later-night shifts available
• We're especially looking for drivers available for later-night calls — these come with additional incentive pay
• Mostly local and regional trips
• Schedules flex with demand. Trips occasionally run past their scheduled end time — when that happens, we adjust your next day so you get proper rest
