Barista/Bartender - Front Range Cafe

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and beverages with precision
• Mix and pour alcoholic beverages as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately using our Square POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card payments efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and promote specials or new offerings
• Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene during beverage preparation and serving

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista or bartender with knowledge of beverage service techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems is a huge plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
