Position Summary

Parkway Towers is seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role requires outstanding customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and professionalism comparable to a hotel front desk associate or apartment leasing agent.

The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
• Manage package acceptance and distribution
• Monitor building access and maintain security awareness
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with resident communications and documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and reports
• Support leasing and administrative functions when necessary
• Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean and organized

Required Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, property management software preferred)
• Comfortable answering and managing multi-line phone systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Experience

• Hotel front desk experience
• Apartment leasing or residential property experience
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge roles

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift packages up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 lbs]
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
