Position: Assistant General Manager – Lobby Operations

Role Summary

The Assistant General Manager will serve as the primary face of Collars in the lobby. This role combines high-level customer service with light management responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every dog and owner with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Manage all lobby operations including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and phone inquiries
• Maintain a calm, organized, and positive lobby environment during all business hours
• Assist the GM with management tasks including scheduling, team communication, basic reporting and policy enforcement
• Support playroom staff when needed and help uphold safety and quality standards
• Handle client questions, concerns and occasional difficult situations with patience and clear communication

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
