Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is highly valued.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management, POS proficiency, and food safety knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Timeliness and clear communication is reqired.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using our POS systems.
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, efficient service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials.
• Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods or special events like nightclub nights or private parties.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender is preferred, but not necessary.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Toast POS andMicros POS is desirable.
• Strong skills in customer service, serving beverages responsibly, and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and hospitality operations are advantageous.
• Prior background in brewing or catering environments can be beneficial but is not required. Pay: $100.00 - $1,000.00 per week
