KMG Hotels is seeking a dynamic General Manager to launch the fully renovated, 149-key Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Airport. Set to open before the end of summer, this premier property features Marriott's signature Bistro, Starbucks, state of the art 24 Hour Fitness Center, beautiful outdoor courtyard, meeting space, and many other amenities for guests to enjoy.

Based in North Kansas City, KMG Hotels is one of the Midwest's fastest-growing owner-operators of premium select-service brands.Local candidates residing in the greater Kansas City area are highly preferred.Core Responsibilities

• Maximize Revenue: Drive property financial performance and room profitability.
• Elevate Guest Satisfaction: Maintain top-tier guest review scores and loyalty.
• Lead Culture: Recruit, retain, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Ensure Brand Compliance: Execute Marriott Brand Standards and operational procedures.
• Control Expenses: Manage labor productivity and departmental operational costs.
• Oversee Food & Beverage: Supervise the Bistro and Starbucks operations.

• Proven leadership experience in premium select-service hotels.
• Deep familiarity with Marriott systems and brand culture.
• Strong financial acumen in labor management and expense control.
• Exceptional recruiting, training, and team-building skills.
• Residency within the greater Kansas City metropolitan area.
