Demand Planner

Are you detail oriented, analytical, and driven by data? We’re looking for a Demand Planner / Stock Controller to join a fast-paced retail environment.

This role combines forecasting, planning, and execution. you’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability while optimizing stock efficiency across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business insights.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.

Plan and manage replenishment cycles in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Analyze sales performance, seasonality, and market behavior to continuously refine forecasts.

Implement and improve stock control processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Partner with operations, finance, and commercial teams to support overall planning and decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory/stock control.
• Strong experience in forecasting and demand planning is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage a large number of SKUs.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across teams and suppliers.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
